The spaces are used as studios and workspaces. The fields represented include painting, illustration, sculpture, as well as crafts, recording studios, TV and film productions, and startups. Optima plans giant-Windpark on Canary Islands in Fuerteventura
In the course of its commitment to Spain, Optima has succeeded in acquiring 3 million square meters of land in Fuerteventura together with the Munich developer Metropolian.
The plan is to build a wind and solar park, which will supply the Canary Island with around 220 million kWh of electricity at best. As part of the European energy transition, the island, which is currently supplied with diesel power, would receive 25% green electricity. The total investment until 2025 will not be less than € 50 million.
