In cooperation with Hammer AG, we have succeeded in creating an eye-catcher with the SOuth HOrizon Munich, based on the industrial history of the Obersendling location, and not just from an architectural point of view. With its dark clinker brick façade and two bridge elements, the imposing 33,000 square meter, 6-storey building stands out effortlessly from its surroundings.
Even at second glance, the building has various subtleties. The S-shaped building has two inner courtyards with playable outdoor staircases. In particular, the popular bridge areas, flooded with light from both sides, with floor-to-ceiling loft windows and exposed steel girders, bring New York flair to Obersendling. The view of the Alps can be particularly enjoyed from the roof terraces and ensures a good mood not only during after-work hours.
With maker spaces for the drone manufacturer Volocopter, laboratories for our biotech tenant tilibit Nanogami and classic law offices for HGRS lawyers, we have been able to attract well-known companies to SOuth HOrizon. Triumph, Indevis, Klarx and the coworker 1000 Satellites have also found their new company address here.

Location
Obersendling is one of the most popular districts in the Bavarian capital thanks to its excellent geographical location between the city center and the banks of the Isar, the nearby Hellabrunn Zoo and the adjacent Südpark.
