The purchase of Thomas-Wimmer-Ring 1 / 1A took place in 2018 in collaboration with a Munich-based family office. In the first quarter of 2023, Optima, together with its subsidiary Tristone Real Estate GmbH, initiated the repositioning of the landmark property at Isartor.
Under the ‘Freddie’ brand, a nod to the days of Freddie Mercury in the Glockenbach district, the property was refurbished and successfully repositioned. 80s charm on the outside – ultra-modern office spaces on the inside. This enabled the property to be fully let at short notice.
