The location of “Port One Berlin” is unique: it is both, the most northern spot of Europacity, as well as the gate to the central office-arena at the Friedrich-Krause-Ufer. The property is located in the center of important railroad connections from the main station to the S-Bahn-ring, which extends from here to the west and east. At the same time, the long-distance trains that run from Berlin to northern and western Germany depart from here.

From the Office Tower, the panoramic view extends over Nordhafen and the Hohenzollernkanal with its riverside promenade.

 

 

Project development

 

On a plot of around 40 hectares in the well-known and centrally located Europacity, spaces for offices, residential apartments and retail areas are created under careful consideration of environmental aspects. The location will provide easy access to Berlin’s main train station an d the government district.

With a GLA of 32,000 sqm, "Port One Berlin" will offer large office spaces while at the same time providing flexible spaces for production as well as spaces for gastronomy and space for renting subject to VAT, including for start-ups at reasonable rents.

To be prepared for longterm use and a sustainable future with flexible options, the upper floors will be developed with a high potential ceiling load capacity in combination with attractive spacious ceiling heights. Everything the Industry 4.0 is dreaming of.
