York Street & 2nd Ave Detroit

 

The ensemble on York Street and 2nd Avenue consists of 4 buildings built between 1907 and 1935 with an area of about 70,000 square feet.

 

 

Project development

A careful expansion of the buildings is planned for around 20,000 square feet for a mixed use of retail, office and living space. A total of approximately 60 residential units and approximately 29,000 square feet retail are planned to be built.
