Weissensee

The ‘NEST’ project is a new construction project for a sustainable residential ensemble in Berlin Weißensee. In addition to around 7,800 square metres of living space, the planning permission also provides for small commercial areas. The project is to be realised from 2025.

Location

The property is very well connected to public transport via the M4 MetroTram line. Berlin city centre can be reached this way in around 30 minutes, by car in 20 minutes. However, the property is particularly characterised by its proximity to the surrounding lakes. Both the Weißensee and the Orankesee are just 5 minutes away by bike. There is also the ‘Fauler See’, which is located in the middle of a forest. Everyday shopping and catering needs for future residents are also catered for in the immediate vicinity.
