Location

Wotanstrasse is located directly at the Romanplatz. The Government is planning an urban re-structure programm for the area Romanplatz. With the close situation to Hirschgarten and Nymphenburg Castle, the lifetime-quality is on a very high level.

 

Project development

History

The building had been formerly used by Allianz Insurance Company and was bought in 2011 in cooperation with Co-Investors.

Steidle Architects restructured the set-up. Thanks to the outstanding location, skyscraper-use is mandatory. Even the existing property provides a spectacular view to the alps and as well to Nymphenburg Castle.

Leasing status
Since 2015 the Municipality of Munich is single-tenant in the Building with a longterm lease contract.
