Location

The project is situated on one of the last undeveloped sites on the main S-bahn line. In the immediate vicinity, LBBW is to build two residential towers from 2014, under the label "Friends". The area also includes a hotel owned by the InterContinental Group.

Project development

In collaboration with IKR, the Optima Aegidius Group developed a six-storey office building with a floor area of around 7,500 m2.

The start of construction was scheduled for the middle of 2014, completion for the start of 2016.

Optima started construction with a pre-letting of about 30 %. 6 months before completion, we announce 100 % letting.

 

 

The project has been sold to the fund NEIFF II (Next Estate Income Fonds II).
