Directly after the offices, 155 apartments under the label SPREE ONE Living with sizes between 25 and 65 square meters will be completed in mid-2019.

The mix of retail, office and residential construction in this project deserves special mention. With the establishment of Edeka, a high-quality concept in the form of a food full range for the house has been won.

The office lofts have found a tenant with Daimler AG and its innovation subsidiary, Mbition, who lives the special character of the building and, with an individual expansion concept, the most modern working environments in our building
