Spree-One

Location

At the confluence of the Spree and the Landwehr Canal, just a stone's throw away from Charlottenburg Palace and the TU Berlin at Ernst-Reuter-Platz, the Optima Aegidius Group has developed the new SPREE ONE project.

The entire embrace in Charlottenburg-Nord is currently the focus of the project developer scene.

Project development

The approximately 21,000 sqm project, which consists of the SPREE ONE Factory Loft Offices & SPREE ONE Living, was created under the architectural direction of Nöfer Architects.

The ten-story office tower offers a spectacular view over the Spree, the Landwehr Canal and the skyline of the capital. The office tower is currently rented to Daimler Benz AG.

A high garden extends over 1,500 square meters above the retail, which is also long-term leased to Edeka.

In direct connection to the office lofts, 155 apartments under the label SPREE ONE Living with sizes between 25 and 65 sqm were completed in mid-2019, of which 100% are leased.
