In the central Munich district "Lehel", the Metropolian Group and the Optima-Aegidius Group are jointly developing a property in the heart of Munich under the name "Seitz¹⁶".

Nestled between the Haus der Kunst at Englischer Garten and the Bavarian Opera House, Munich-based Oliv Architects has designed a modern interpretation of city living.
