Oasis Zahara - Zahara de los Atunes

Location

The "El Oasis" project lives up to its name. Less than 3 minutes from the sea, you can acquire your own piece of oasis on the Spanish Atlantic coast. Although away from the hustle and bustle of the busy, lively village of Zahara de los Atunes, the beautiful vacation homes are within walking distance of the center with its numerous stores, bars, restaurants, hotels, local market and medical center.

Project development

The "El Oasis" project is a newly built vacation home complex consisting of 15 houses ranging in size from 255 to 300 square meters. The different house types each have 3 bedrooms, a high living/dining area with fitted kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a guest WC, spread over 4 levels from the first floor to the 3rd floor. Common to all houses are the spacious terraces on the upper and covered floors, which offer wonderful sea views. Each house has two private parking spaces in the semi-basement. In addition to their own garden, residents have access to the communal pool and garden.
High-quality materials combined with a well thought-out interior design concept make the houses a special place.

Architecture:

The architectural office of Carlos Vega is responsible for the architecture. On 2,425 square meters, modern and sustainable holiday homes with love for the historic fishing village are being developed in cooperation between the Asturian architect Adolfo Sanchez and Zahara Villas, our long-term partner on site.
