Nymphenburger Höfe - Wohnen

The Optima Group has created 100 high-quality apartments in the western courtyards of the former Löwenbräu site. The façades of the residential buildings constructed by Optima can be traced to the architectural practices Steidle, Henchion/Reuther and Maier Neuberger.

Another 300 apartments in the north-east section were created after the plots were purchased from Baywobau und Terrafinanz and GWB AG, partly as part of a social housing scheme.

In addition to the beautiful façades, the apartments in Nymphenburger Höfe are also distinguished by top-quality interiors.
