With the purchase of the historic Kontorhaus building, the Optima-Aegidius group made the leap into the Magdeburg market in 2022.
The 1886 ensemble located in the so-called "Wisenschaftshafen" nearby a Tec-location that will be dominated by Intel in the future.
Location
The site is located directly on the side canal of the river Elbe, where the Fraunhofer Institute and the "Denkfabrik" (think tank) are already located as an innovation and start-up center.
Project development
The listed historic site, which was formerly used for grain storage, will be gradually developed.
