HW 26

The building that was formerly the administrative building of Barmer Ersatzkasse was purchased in 2004 and renovated between 2005 and 2007. The view over the old town, the short distances to the Viktualienmarkt (food market) and the Schrannenhalle (market hall), as well as the excellent public transport links, have given rise to a first-class office building here.

Location

The Motel One Design Hotel is located right next to HW 26; in its immediate vicinity, a number of buildings on Sonnenstrasse have been renovated and restructured. In Munich, Sonnenstrasse and Herzog-Wilhelm-Strasse are considered an insiders' tip amongst office users.

In the event of a possible conversion, completion times of between 8 and 10 weeks (after conversion) are to be expected.
