Built in 1930, the former Firestone-building on the corner of Anoinette Street and Cass Avenue is approximately 14,000 square feet tall and has hosted the Big Book Store so far.

 

Project development

The intention is to extend the building carefully for about 20 loft style residential units. On the ground floor there is room for retail.
