Optima-Aegidius-Firmengruppe has acquired a 50% stake in the DLH Grundbesitz GmbH in the course of a share deal. The property on Blasewitzer Strasse 78-82 with a gross lettable area of appr. 16,000 sqm was part of the deal. The acquisition was financed by the Stadtsparkasse München.
The building is located in the center of the beautiful and historically significant city of Dresden.
