The property was designed by Steidle Architekten with around 4,500 square meters of gross floor space in industrial style.

Location

The studio building by media bridge is located in the Werksviertel, currently the most modern creative hotspot in Munich.
Numerous art and cultural events, a local shopping center, sevral hotels and around 1,000 new apartments have been or are being built here.
In the Werksviertel, not only art and culture professionals but also numerous think tanks of large Dax companies have their headquarters there.

Project development

The studio building by media bridge was successfully sold in the first quarter of 2013 to the AMUNDI fund, represented by L` Etoile Properties.
