Atelier an der Medienbrücke

The property was designed by Steidle Architekten with around 4,500 square meters of gross floor space in industrial style. The Oldenbourg publishing house as one of the largest scientific publishers in Germany has moved into this new "think tank" at the beginning of 2013.

Location

The studio building by media bridge is located in the Werksviertel, currently the most modern creative hotspot in Munich.
In addition to the new Munich Konzerthaus, numerous art and cultural events, a local shopping center, numerous hotels and around 1,000 new apartments are being built here. In the Werksviertel, not only art and culture professionals but also numerous think tanks of large Dax companies have their headquarters there.

Project development

The studio building by media bridge was successfully sold in the first quarter of 2013 to the AMUNDI fund, represented by L` Etoile Properties.
