Optima sweetens the festive season

With the festive season approaching, the family-run Munich-based property development company Optima-Aegidius-Firmengruppe has come up with something special for the refugee children housed in its properties.

As a Christmas surprise, employees of the Optima-Aegidius Group and local representatives from the refugee shelters distributed a total of 400 Christmas parcels yesterday afternoon. The children were delighted to receive the Christmas boxes.

Social commitment is part of the corporate culture, not only – but also – at Christmas. ‘The idea behind it was,’ explain Drs Laub, directors of the Optima-Aegidius Group, ‘to convey the Christmas spirit to the youngest among us in particular.’

In Westend, the sweet treat campaign was combined with a particularly atmospheric Christmas party organised by the Diakonie charity, featuring a concert and biscuits, while at the Flexi residential home on Romanplatz, the presents were handed out by employees of the Optima-Aegidius Group.
