Optima leases to mst group GmbH

The former Diamalt building in western Munich is gradually filling up. In addition to flex office provider 1000 Satellites, which has been operating around 1,500 square metres in Allach since May 2024, training company mst group GmbH is moving into around 300 square metres of loft office space with its own roof terrace this year. Office rents for the property are just under €25/sq m.

With the completion of the approximately 7,500 sqm site, which is already 65% let, demand is now rising significantly once again. In the course of concrete negotiations for a further 1,200 sqm, project managers Nina Scherer and Petra Seifert expect ‘The MALT’ to be fully let by the end of the year.

‘The Optima-Aegidius Group has thus already let almost 40,000 square metres in Munich in 2024, which is extremely pleasing in the current climate of caution,’ say the two directors of the Optima-Aegidius Group, Dres. Laub.
