SOuth HOrizon Munich
2,050 sqm of successful leasing – the tenant base is enriched
The tenant mix at SOHO is being enriched by two additional companies.
Frankfurt-based fitness company FITSEVENELEVEN will open its approximately 1,550 sqm club area on two floors at SOuth HOrizon Munich in 2025.
With the planned opening of a new FITSEVENELEVEN BODYCLUB in Munich, the company is now bringing its iconic club concept to the Bavarian capital for the first time. In 2025, the fitness brand will open another exclusive BLACK LABEL+ BODYCLUB in SOHO, the modern loft office building in the southern Munich district of Obersendling. The new location at Koppstraße 16 in the south of Munich combines a state-of-the-art ambience with the brand's unmistakable design standards and is aimed at anyone who wants to experience training at the highest level. The fitness and sauna facilities also offer great added value to the surrounding office users in the building.
The SOuth HOrizon new building, inspired by the architecture of the industrial age, combines elements such as a dark brick façade and two cantilevered bridge structures with a modern floor plan design. From elegant to rough – a flair that seems tailor-made for FITSEVENELEVEN.
The Metzingen-based robotics company NEURA Robotics recently moved into its approximately 500 square metre rental space in South Horizon Munich in Obersendling.
NEURA Robotics was founded in Metzingen in 2019 by David Reger with the aim of closing important innovation gaps in robotics and ushering in the age of cognitive robots. Like a smartphone manufacturer, NEURA Robotics combines all components and sensors as well as artificial intelligence in one device and offers partners a platform for the joint development of application apps for a wide range of specialist areas.
Today, NEURA is well on its way to launching the first humanoid general-purpose robot on the market.
Art in construction:
In July 2024, two historic punching machines were unveiled in a prominent location in the courtyard of the SOuth HOrizon Munich building. The machines, some of which weigh over 5 tonnes, are a relic of the site's previous industrial use by the Widmaier company. Newly painted in bright orange and refurbished, they now serve as a reminder of the site's history and add the finishing touch to the industrial style of our SOHO!
