Optima leases to Pizza Hut on Leopoldstraße

The Optima-Aegidius Group has changed the culinary offerings of the approximately 400 square metre catering unit on the basement and ground floors of its property at number 56a from Bavarian tapas to pizza and other fare. The tenant is ISHCO GmbH, a subsidiary of IS Holding specialising in location development. With the 10-year lease starting in April, the building is fully let without interruption. There are plans to expand with another fast food unit from the ISHCO GmbH range within the space. Colliers acted as broker in this transaction.
