Project development

In the spring of 2016 Optima acquired the former company headquarters HAWE Hydraulik SE.
In joint venture with Competo the former factory buildings will be completely demolished. The new building will be based on the architecture of the industrial era and resume the shed roof of the existing building as well as the stylistic elements of New York's "cast iron buildings".
