“Munich Shines Again”
The 17th Munich Real Estate Forum, often referred to as the real estate industry’s kickoff event for the year, was also characterized by a comprehensive overview—ranging from geopolitics and the financial situation to current market developments and their implications for the Munich real estate market. A special highlight of this year’s forum was the entertaining opening remarks by Bavarian Minister-President Markus Söder.

Successful subleasing initiative creates space for art and creativity at Lucky Westend
Through the Lucky Westend subleasing project, 7,100 square meters in the Ridler Höfe were leased in 2025 under approximately 90 leases to artists, cultural professionals, and creative businesses.

Optima Family & Friends and Munich Arthouse at the LOFT Office “The Malt”
Days before our event, colorful lights were already shining from the windows of the LOFT Office in the former soup seasoning factory building of the “THE MALT” project.

1, 2, 3... Curtain up! Around 20 real estate agencies were on hand when, together with Hammer AG, we unveiled the “Stanzen” in the courtyard of South Horizon Munich—a nod to the site’s former industrial use by the Widmaier company. The bright orange color skillfully highlights the building’s industrial charm and the history of the site.

The “Munich ARTHOUSE” pop-up art exhibition was hosted at our location. “Munich ARTHOUSE” was launched in collaboration with ART MUC. “Freddie”—our office building on Thomas-Wimmer-Ring—had the opportunity to showcase and support many artists from various fields.

In March 2023, the Optima-Aegidius Group and Hammer AG hosted “Digital Lab 2.0” at their “SoHo – SOuth HOrizon Munich” property—and around 250 guests accepted the invitation. Within the impressive shell of the state-of-the-art new loft office building, an extraordinary experiential space was created across various floors, impressively combining real estate development with digital art.

In January 2020, the Optima-Aegidius Group and Hammer AG hosted a special highlight at SoHo – SOuth HOrizon Munich: the “Digital Lab 1.0” event.
Around 200 guests accepted the invitation to the existing building of automotive supplier Widmaier and enjoyed an inspiring evening at the intersection of real estate, art, and digitalization.
