In addition to real estate projects, since it was founded the Group has always held investments in the corporate sector.

These included the food industry, the automotive supply sector, push tow combinations and oil exploration rights in Canada. Currently, an investment is held in the field of digitization of the energy industry (www.limejump.com).

Recent investments include fund investments for digital startups (Passion, 42cap, vsquared), direct investments in the food sector (Every) and in digital banking (Monzo, Linus).
The development of a solar and wind park with a planned 50 MW on Fuerteventura is a project investment.

A total of around €20 million has been invested here outside the real estate segment to date.

Innovative & conservative

Our approach of providing a property with a sophisticated and innovative utilization concept that also generates long-term surpluses in the respective market environment is always accompanied by a conservative company policy and in depth detailed work.

Usually we purchase existing buildings or land for our own account. With equity capital of around €150 million, we are in a position to rapidly initiate any project, even in joint venture structures.

Our references range from home building to logistics and retail as well as classic office construction.

Counter-cyclical also abroad

In order to diversify risks, we have been targeting foreign markets for 20 years.

With our previous commitments in Canada (Toronto and Montreal), it has been possible to regularly counter-cyclically offset more difficult market phases in Germany.

Several hundred apartments and office buildings in the financial center of Toronto were part of the group's portfolio. Sales to investors such as Blackstone took place at the height of the North American economic boom in 2006.

The Spanish holiday real estate market has been another future-oriented business segment we have supported since 2001. Our focus here is on the Atlantic region, especially in Zahara de los Atunes, a coastal region between Cadiz and Tarifa that is unique in Europe. Several golf villas (St. Andres Golf) and apartment complexes were in some cases built directly on the beach. Due to demographic change, the target group of golf tourism is a growing industry.

Since 2014, we have been intensively involved in the real estate market in North America and Detroit in particular. Currently, we have about 10,000 m2 of developments on already acquired sites in the center of Detroit in the pipeline and intend to expand this business area.
