Fasangarten

On the roughly four hectares of undeveloped area between the A8 and the Münchberger Straße in the district Obergiesing-Fasangarten, MP München Projekt GmbH & Co. KG, together with the City of Munich, will develop a residential quarter with private and public open spaces, which together with a noise protection building to the motorway and seven freestanding buildings with a total of approx. 200 dwellings forms a conclusive transition to the existing buildings and at the same time formulates a distinctive, differentiated edge to the east.
