In the course of the building project, some more storeys were added to the road-facing building from the 1950s, and it was transformed into a high-quality, modern office block. Maisonettes were created in the upper storeys.
In the rear building, which dates back to the turn of the century, a complete renovation and loft conversion took place, giving consideration to the historic character of the building. Two studio units were created on the ground floor for commercial use. The apartments and maisonettes above these have balconies and roof terraces.
