At the confluence of the River Spree and Landwehrkanal, just a stone's throw away from Charlottenburg Palace and the TU Berlin at Ernst-Reuter-Platz, the Optima Aegidius Group is developing the new construction project SPREE ONE.

Project development

The project of about 21,000 m², combining SPREE ONE Factory Loft Offices & SPREE ONE Living, is planned by Nöfer Architekten. The ten-storey office tower offers a spectacular view over the River Spree, Landwehrkanal and the skyline of the capital. The office tower is leased to Daimler Benz AG.

On top of the retail space in the ground floor level, which is also long-term rented to Edeka, extends a 1,500 square meters high garden.

Directly after completion of the offices, the 155 apartments (with size between 25 and 65 m²) will be completed at the beginning of 2019 and labeled SPREE ONE Living.
