In the financial district of Toronto, the former headquarters of the Royal Bank of Canada provides 60 commercial units on an area of 18,500 m2. Each office in the building constructed from 1913 - 1915, which was once the tallest building in the British Empire, gives a unique view over the Canadian metropolis or Lake Ontario.
The Optima Center Toronto was purchased, refurbished and fully let in 1995.
The property was successfully sold to Blackstone in November 2005.
