100% of apartments sold
100% of the 110 apartments in NYMPHENBURGER HÖFE developed by the Optima Aegidius Group have already been sold upon completion and handover. The total purchase price volume is around € 56,000,000. The Optima Group's residential complex, which was developed by the well-known architectural practices Steidle Architekten, Maier Neuberger Partner and Henchion + Reuter, could be sold at prices ranging between € 3,900/m2 and € 9,700/m2. A large portion of the apartments will be rented out. The rents range from € 14.00/m2 for city apartments to € 23.00/m2 for penthouses with a view over the whole city and as far as the Alps.
NYMPHENBURGER HÖFE, developed by the Optima Aegidius Group, is one of the largest city centre construction projects in Munich in recent years. The total site contains around 30,000 m2 of office space, which is already almost at full occupancy, and around 400 residential units.
The great success in selling the apartments and letting the office space is based, in addition to the prime location in the city centre, on balanced and ambitious architectural planning by the practice Steidle Architekten.
