We’ve had an inspiring week at MIPIM. The numerous discussions at the trade show confirm that we are well-positioned for the next cycle with our portfolio and project pipeline, and that we can benefit from the already improving sentiment in the real estate market. For the office market, for example, growing demand in prime locations is forecast, which should benefit us in our upcoming project developments in Munich and Berlin.
